ElevationSoft built the Passlocker app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by ElevationSoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Passlocker is a fully offline password manager. This page explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
No Data Collection
Passlocker does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app does not ask for your email address, name, phone number, or any account registration or sign-up. The app requests no Internet permission and is technically incapable of sending any data off your device. We use no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or third-party tracking libraries.
Your Data Stays on Your Device
All information you store in Passlocker (passwords, categories, and related credentials) is stored only on your device in a database encrypted with SQLCipher. It is protected by your master password, which is secured using the Android Keystore and never leaves the device. Your data is never uploaded, backed up to any server, or shared with us or any third party.
Permissions
These permissions do not collect or transmit any personal information.
Log Data and Cookies
The app does not collect any log data, does not use cookies, and does not use any third-party code that collects information.
Service Providers and Third Parties
We do not use any third-party service providers, analytics, or advertising networks. No data is shared with anyone because no data is collected.
Data Deletion
Because no data ever leaves your device, uninstalling the app permanently removes all stored data. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.
Security
Your credentials are encrypted on-device using SQLCipher, and your master password is protected by the Android Keystore. Since data never leaves your device, it is not exposed to any network or transmission risk.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
